Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using StudyKits applications or visiting studykits.app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. StudyKits is operated by AityTech ("we," "us," "our").

2. Description of Service

StudyKits provides certification exam preparation tools, including:

• Practice questions with detailed explanations.
• Timed exam simulation.
• Progress tracking and performance analytics on-device.
• Bookmarking, notes, and spaced-repetition flashcards.
• Multi-language support (English, Japanese, Korean, German, Portuguese).

3. User Accounts

The current versions of our apps do not require user accounts. Study data is stored locally on your device. Pro purchase status is managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

4. Pricing

• Free: Access to the first 3 question sets per certification at no cost.
• Pro: $3.99 USD one-time in-app purchase per certification. Unlocks the full question bank, exam simulation, and all Pro features.

Prices are USD reference. Final price reflects your local App Store currency and tax.

5. In-App Purchases and Billing

• One-time purchase: Pro is a one-time IAP per certification. No recurring charges.
• Payment processing: All payments go through Apple App Store / Google Play. We do not collect or store payment information.
• Refunds: Subject to App Store / Google Play refund policies. Email support@studykits.app for help.
• Price changes: Future pricing may change. Previously purchased Pro is unaffected.

6. Content Accuracy Disclaimer

• All practice questions and explanations are created for educational purposes only.
• StudyKits is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud (GCP), Microsoft Azure, Project Management Institute (PMI), or any other certification provider.
• Certification exam names and trademarks are owned by their respective providers.
• We do not guarantee that using StudyKits will result in passing any certification exam.
• Question content may contain errors or become outdated as exams evolve. Use StudyKits alongside official study materials.

7. Intellectual Property

• StudyKits applications, design, code, and UI are the property of AityTech and protected by intellectual-property law.
• All practice questions, explanations, and educational content within the apps are the property of AityTech.
• AWS, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, GCP, Microsoft Azure, PMP, PMBOK, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any questions, explanations, or content from the apps.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract content.
• Share, resell, or redistribute Pro content with users who have not purchased it.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the apps.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent in-app-purchase or access restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We make no guarantees regarding exam pass rates or certification outcomes.
• AityTech's total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the apps in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• AityTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
